
Bungee Fitness
Bungee Fitness combines gymnastics, dance and high-intensity aerobic exercise in an original and fun way, contributing positively to physical and mental health. We use the bungee jumping tires and climbing belts hung from the ceiling, in a special lesson that is done in various directions even perpendicular to the wall. With the support we have from the bungee rubber some difficult exercises are performed easily and safely, training the body in a different way. We can go higher than usual and take a dip and dive to the ground safely and even hang a few inches above the ground as in mission impossible.
